About the founders

Hemant Karandikar
Hemant developed the leadership coaching process, programs, and online platform at Learning Leadership. He brings knowledge of the Indian business environment to Learning Leadership.

A B. Tech. from IIT Bombay, Hemant works as Strategy Adviser, CEO & Leadership Coach, Brand & Design adviser with various companies.

Previously, he held positions at CEO and general management levels in reputed companies (Philips, Global Weighing). His experience spans R & D, innovation management, User Interface design, manufacturing, marketing & sales, leadership development, and process improvements. He founded Exponient Consulting.

Prashant Ranade
Prashant brings perspectives of strong leadership, top management, innovation, and Global and US business environment for the development of Learning Leadership.

Prashant is B. Tech. (IIT Bombay, India), MS ( University of Cincinnati, Ohio) and MBA. He is Corporate director (public/private co.s) and President/CEO of US based companies.

Previously, he held senior executive positions at reputed companies (Siemens, Rockwell). He has experience in engineering, sales, marketing, manufacturing, R & D and P & L responsibility. He is a founder of Indus –ventures

Ongoing Programs

  • This open and free program describes various aspects of leadership development. It covers -the leadership model, teaching, learning, and development methods. Learners, leaders, coaches, human resources practitioners, CEOs and anyone who is concerned with leadership development will find this program relevant.
  • This programis designed for coaching middle and senior level working executives in the core aspects of the Regenerative Leadership.

    The program helps in building skills such as assessing people, developing them, improving work processes, and creating a leader's agenda. Managers lacking in some of these areas tend to burden themselves for meeting goals and may not spend enough time in developing their people. Thus they may unknowingly inhibit their people's and organization's growth. This programs avoids such pitfalls in their careers.

How to Enroll

To enroll for one or more programs:
Enrollment is subject to completeness and correctness of information in your profile. Please complete your profile at the time of registration.

In case of individuals:
1. Create new account by clicking this link. Choose "leader" as account type. Please confirm your account by clicking the link sent to your email account.
2. Read Policies, terms and conditions on this website. Confirm your acceptance of the terms and the policies by email to Learning Leadership indicating your choice of programs. You will receive information about fees.
4. On receipt of fees Learning Leadership admin will enroll you as a user and inform you.

In case of companies: (In case you wish to enroll your managers \ executives)
1. Follow the step 1 above. Choose account type as company coordinator. (This account is only for coordination purpose. Access to programs is not possible. Individual accounts to be uploaded by the coordinator will have this access)
2. Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need to down load a sample file and fill in user details in the given format, save it in Excel as csv file and upload it after entering user details.
3. Read applicable terms, conditions, and policies on this web site. Please confirm your acceptance of the terms and the policies by email to Learning Leadership. You will receive information on fees. by email.
4. On receipt of payment, Learning Leadership will advise you about enrollment of your people.
