Learning Process

Our leadership training process is based on learning efforts by a participant helped by online executive coaching. The objective of the learning process is to impart practice of thinking like a Regenerative Leader -one who achieves more from less resources.

  • Training on leadership principles is through reading material for each competency.
  • Workouts for each competency make the participant think and apply underlying principles.
  • Feedback from the executive coach is seen inside each workout. The participant revises workouts as needed. This gives thorough training on leadership.
  • Consolidated personal action plan (agenda) can be seen at any time. The quality of the leadership training can be judged by the quality of the action plan.
  • The participant takes planned actions. During this phase he or she gets support from the executive coach. Thus the leadership training continues through the period of enrollment (typically 3 months).
  • The participant evaluates results and revises workouts at the start of the next new cycle. At least two cycles are highly recommended training on leadership.
All programs are based on the above action learning process.
