Learning Process
Our leadership training process is based on learning efforts by a participant helped by online executive coaching. The objective of the learning process is to impart practice of thinking like a Regenerative Leader -one who achieves more from less resources.
- Training on leadership principles is through reading material for each competency.
- Workouts for each competency make the participant think and apply underlying principles.
- Feedback from the executive coach is seen inside each workout. The participant revises workouts as needed. This gives thorough training on leadership.
- Consolidated personal action plan (agenda) can be seen at any time. The quality of the leadership training can be judged by the quality of the action plan.
- The participant takes planned actions. During this phase he or she gets support from the executive coach. Thus the leadership training continues through the period of enrollment (typically 3 months).
- The participant evaluates results and revises workouts at the start of the next new cycle. At least two cycles are highly recommended training on leadership.
