What will I gain by learning?
Better leadership skills will help you in career advancement.

How long will it take?
Each workout will need 15 to 30 minutes of your time. Allow yourself about 2 to 4 weeks for completing a program. You can set your pace.
“Repeating” a program is not a bad thing at all. It helps you with better practice in leadership concepts as applied to your work. We recommend periodic working out (say quarterly or at least annually) for continuous development.

Are the programs difficult?
No. But the workouts need some good thinking on your part. Knowledge of your work area (domain & functions) is all that is needed. Getting used to thinking like a leader takes some practice.

Are programs too elementary?
Some assignments may seem simple. But they will bring out some crucial aspects in your personality, knowledge, or work needing your attention. Some workouts may test your understanding of realities or your creative abilities.

I haven't done MBA, then?
MBA is not a prerequisite for any of the programs. You can learn leadership skills when work on various assignments and inputs by your coach.

Developing any skills requires time commitment. Since the workouts help you prepare agenda for your real work, they do not impose additional learning overheads of your time. What if others in my company do not learn?
