What will I gain by learning?
Regenerative Leadership skills that you learn will help you in career advancement.
How long will it take?
Each workout will need 15 to 30 minutes of your time. Allow yourself about 2 to 4 weeks for completing the programs. You can set your pace. You do not have to get your workouts 'perfect' at first attempt itself. You can improvise your workouts later. It helps you with better practice in leadership concepts as applied to your work. We recommend periodic working out (say quarterly or at least annually) for continuous development.
Are the programs difficult?
No. But the workouts need some good thinking on your part. Knowledge of your work area (domain & functions) is all that is needed. Getting used to thinking like a leader takes some practice.
Are programs too elementary?
Some assignments may seem simple. But they will bring out some hitherto unknown aspects in your personality, knowledge, or work needing your attention. Some workouts may test your understanding of realities or your creative abilities.
I haven't done MBA, then?
MBA is not a prerequisite for any of the programs. You can learn leadership skills while working.
Will I get a promotion or a raise in my job?
These programs help you become a better leaders, so they will you help in your career advancement.
Will I be able to make a lateral career shift?
The programs are very beneficial for any career shift –vertical or lateral –since they help you build conceptual strengths that are essential at different levels and across different industries.
Do your programs have any certification?
NO. You and others can find out through the difference the programs make.
Are the program accredited?
NO. Since degrees \ diplomas \ certificates are not awarded, accreditation is not applicable. The programs address the gaps in current formal management education. They overcome limitations of class room development programs that are based on imaginary or case study situations. This is done through workouts or assignments directly based on actual work and coaching based on your workouts.
Will these programs add extra burden on my overworked schedule?
Developing any skills requires time commitment. Since the workouts help you prepare agenda for your real work, they do not impose additional learning overheads of your time. In order to excel at work, you need to put in coherent and rigorous thinking. These programs help you in that. Consider this as an investment. If done properly, you will save much more time than you put in. You will benefit by allocating 15 - 30 minutes of good thinking on daily basis.
What if others in my company do not join?
It is useful if your team members also learn leadership techniques. But it is not must. You will benefit even if you alone learn. You can show that you can make a difference.
What do the program cover?

Please refer to career planning section and also the programs page to know about what these programs cover. The programs do not cover functional skills such as finance, marketing, purchasing etc.
What are the fees for the programs?

What about confidentiality?
Your workouts are accessible only to you and your coach.
Will there be group learning?
Yes. Program & topic wise forums will help group learning.
Can we appoint our own coach?
