A Regenerative Leadership coach is an accomplished business leader, has empathy for the learner, and is passionate about developing people. The coach helps the executives in their workouts by asking more questions, suggesting some other ways of looking at situations, by insisting on proper application of principles, and insisting on specific \ time bound actions, that set in motion the wheel of regeneration. All these encourage the learner to think better and to have a bias for action.

Review of workouts by the coach
The Learning Leadership coach reviews an executive's workouts for completeness, focus, logic, and adequacy for getting desired results. The Regenerative Leadership coaching takes into account executive's motivation, traits, learning habits, default modes of thinking, goals and values. The coaching also covers the learner's immediate sphere of activity such : team members, organization & its goals, vendors, customers, vendors, and the eco-system.
