Our online executive coaching is based on the online workouts done by the learner. The learner can access the executive coaching inputs within his or her workouts.

Review of workouts by the coach
The Learning Leadership coach reviews an executive's workouts for completeness, focus, logic, and adequacy for getting desired results. The Online Executive Coaching takes into account executive's motivation, traits, learning habits, default modes of thinking, goals and values.
