Our online executive coaching is based on the online workouts done by the learner. The learner can access the executive coaching inputs within his or her workouts.

Review of workouts by the coach
The Learning Leadership coach reviews an executive's workouts for completeness, focus, logic, and adequacy for getting desired results. The Online Executive Coaching takes into account executive's motivation, traits, learning habits, default modes of thinking, goals and values. The coaching covers the learner's complete sphere of activity such as : team members, organization & its goals, vendors, customers, vendors, and the entire eco-system for helping learn effective leadership skills.

Improvization of workouts by an executive
Learning of the leadership skills gets better with practice, trial and improvisation. Based on the coach's feedback an executive may revise his \ her workout and resubmit it. The executive can ask questions or raise some points for the coach within the workout itself. There is no need to send and track separate emails. The online executive coaching is well suited to a busy executive yet it does not comprise on breadth and depth of learning the leadership skills.

The role of the coach
The coach shall not give decisions or instructions to an executive (that is for the executive's boss to do). He \ she will stimulate your thinking by asking questions, challenging your thinking, or providing you with hints. This encourages the learner to think like a true leader and apply it to produce one's own powerful action plan.
