How to tell that you are serious about your strategy?

Simple. Check out if you have put money where your mouth is. Find out what resources you have put behind every strategic initiative. Convert them into money value. Add them up category wise (capital, manpower and other expenses). Find what percentage of your total resources are working for your strategy implementation. The answer might be a revelation.
